Packaging Guide
How To Package Your Submission
Proper packaging is essential to protect your collectibles during transit and ensure timely processing. Please follow these steps carefully to prevent delays and keep your items safe.

Essential Packaging Supplies:
> Submission Form
> Clear Penny Sleeves
> Semi-Rigid Card Holder
> Cardboard Cutouts
> Rubber Bands
> Shipping Box
> Tape

Insert Cards Into Penny Sleeves
Properly sleeving your cards is essential to protect them from scratches, dirt, and bending during handling and transit. Always use standard, clear penny sleeves, as colored, patterned, or designed sleeves can obscure the card's details and make processing more difficult. Sleeves with pull tabs are allowed and can make it easier to remove cards during review. Slide your cards into the sleeves carefully to avoid corner damage or creases, ensuring the sleeve fits snugly without overly compressing the card. Following these guidelines helps maintain your cards' condition and ensures smooth processing.

Place Cards Into A Semi-Rigid Card Holder
To protect your cards from bending and damage during transit, we recommend using clear semi-rigid card holders. These provide excellent support without being too rigid. Top loaders are not accepted as they can cause the card to shift inside and may lead to damage. Be sure that the card fits securely in the holder without excessive movement. Failing to use semi-rigid card holders can result in delays.

Organize Your Collectibles Based Off Of The Sub Form
To streamline processing and avoid delays, arrange your cards in the exact order listed on your submission form. The first card on the form should be placed on top, followed by the remaining cards in sequence. This ensures that our team can quickly verify and process your submission without unnecessary handling. Proper organization not only protects your cards but also helps expedite your submission.

Secure Your Cards In Between Two Pieces Of Cardboard
To protect your cards during transit, sandwich them securely between two pieces of sturdy cardboard. Ensure the cardboard is slightly larger than the cards to provide full coverage. Use a rubber band to hold the stack together, wrapping it snugly but not so tightly that it could cause bending or damage to the cards. This extra layer of protection minimizes movement and keeps your cards safe during shipping.

Package Your Collectibles Securely Inside Of A New Box
Place your secured cards inside a sturdy, new box to ensure maximum protection during transit. Avoid reusing old or damaged boxes, as they may not provide adequate support. Use plenty of cushioning material, such as bubble wrap or packing paper, to fill any empty spaces and prevent the cards from shifting during shipping. Seal the box with strong packing tape, ensuring all seams are securely closed. Proper packaging helps safeguard your collectibles and ensures they arrive in pristine condition.
